Previous survey results
The CIPD HR Practices in Ireland 2020 survey was carried out in late 2019 before the Covid-19 virus emerged. The survey identifies well-being as an important area of policy and action within organisations.
The 2019 survey findings reinforce the areas of talent acquisition and retention as central to the HR agenda for the next two years, and highlight issues that are affecting the quality of work in organisations
The 2018 survey found that skills shortage remain persistent in organisations and greater emphasis is being placed on improving and maintaining levels of employee engagement as well as the creation of strong internal development opportunities for existing employees
