Who is it for?
The combined programmes are recommended for HR and L&D professionals and change practitioners who want to gain insights and ideas and build knowledge and skills to deliver robust OD solutions. It is aimed at those who want to upskill in Organisation Development and Organisation Design, help organisations to understand the ‘current state’ and work towards an imagined or desired 'future state', identifying issues and opportunities, and effectively facilitating people, teams and organisations through change.
On the programme you will work with like-minded professionals, sharing and developing new ideas whilst immersing yourself in organisation design and organisation development.
