If you’re faced with these challenges and are re-organising, restructuring, bringing in new ways of working, or changing other aspects of your organisation, our in-depth virtual programme on Organisation Development and Design (OD&D) will give you the knowledge and skills needed when selecting and implementing OD&D interventions.
By providing both a theoretical understanding of organisation development and design issues, together with practical knowledge and skills, the programme will help you gain the competence and confidence to deliver immediate, tangible results to your organisation.
The programme covers four sessions of organisation development and four sessions of organisation design, equivalent to 4 days face to face learning and is supported by learning and application between modules. You will immerse yourself in new techniques, explore your own needs and issues, as well as share experiences and insights with your peers, building your ability to able to deliver robust solutions.
The programme is facilitated by Sylvia Baumgartner, a leading OD specialist. Her commercial experience draws on 25 years’ international work in the retail, manufacturing, financial services, education, pharmaceutical, legal, charity, energy, health and engineering industries.
Who is it for?
This programme is recommended for HR and L&D professionals and change practitioners who want to gain insights and ideas and build knowledge and skills to deliver robust OD solutions. It is aimed at those who want to upskill in OD&D, help organisations to understand the ‘current state’ and work towards an imagined or desired 'future state', identifying issues and opportunities, and effectively facilitating people, teams and organisations through change.
On the programme you will work with like-minded professionals, sharing and developing new ideas whilst immersing yourself in organisation design and development.
Live sessions will be held on the following days, with two sessions per week spread over 5 weeks. It allows for a two-week gap between session 4 and 5, to provide an opportunity for data collection:
