Is the CIPD Learning Hub free to use?
CIPD members get free access to the hub and some of the core learning content, with additional content available to purchase according to your unique needs. Other customers will be able to purchase learning content on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis.

If you are not a CIPD member, you can gain automatic access to the hub following any purchase of one of our CIPD Learning courses from the shop. Please visit here.

I’m not based in the UK; can I still use the hub and is the content relevant internationally?
The CIPD Learning Hub is available anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access and all of the content is based on the Profession Map, the international standard for people professionals to thrive in a changing world of work.
I'm a new member, how can I get access to the Learning Hub?
When you become a member, we will set up an account for you on the CIPD Learning Hub. This process can take up to two working days.
However, to log in to the Learning Hub, you will have to first set up a CIPD account. Once you have an account, you can use the same credentials to log in to the Learning Hub.
