Reimagining Ireland’s Talent Engagement Forum
Join our forum focusing on all things talent and talent acquisition to support you in reimagining your talent base
As workplaces continue to transform across Ireland in 2022 and beyond, we recognise the need to maintain and develop further the strong leadership by our people profession as it’s never been more important.
And with the breadth of change and disruption we all face as the economy continues to re-open and challenges this can present in terms of talent for organisations and people professionals, CIPD Ireland is pleased to launch a second engagement forum as part of our pillars of work Reimagining Ireland’s Talent and Organisational Response.
Reimagine your talent base
Based on your feedback from both our Annual Conference and the Reimagining Ireland’s Talent seminar in May and June 2021 respectively, this forum has a focus of all things talent and talent acquisition at its core to support you in reimagining your talent base.
Its activity will consider theory and thought leadership. It will take a look at evidence based and practical solutions as well as experience led advice and support activity for you to get involved with.
A proactive opportunity to explore what reimagining your talent looks like and means for you and your organisation, we believe this peer-to-peer learning and networking forum is a critical tool.
How will we do this?
To ensure this work meets your needs, CIPD Ireland are establishing an Reimagining Ireland’s Talent (RIT) engagement forum.
Working alongside the national team, a small cohort of volunteer members will help drive and support the engagement forum in 2022 and beyond.
Launching the forum in January 2022, we want to identify a small cohort of members to help support so read on to find out more.
How you can get involved
As mentioned above we are looking for volunteers to support the development and delivery of the broader forum. Following the January kick-off event, CIPD Ireland will invite interested members to apply to be part of the support cohort so please keep an eye out for that.
But that’s not the only way you can get involved.
We want to see you at the events and activity the forum rolls out. And we need to hear from you and understand what it is that you need as HR and people professionals to ensure we continue to meet your needs.
