We welcomed delegates and speakers to our CIPD Ireland Wellbeing seminar, - Building a connected culture - concentrating on embedding wellbeing, on Thursday, November 24, 2022, in the Aviva Stadium (Havelock suite).

Having the opportunity to hear from speakers and delegates about building a culture of wellbeing was energising. Our speakers' award-winning case studies also illustrate how a culture of wellbeing can be truly integrated.

The key message from presenters and delegates alike is that we can improve lives by being more strategic in promoting a culture of health. For example, when we prioritise financial wellbeing, prioritise mental wellness, integrate inclusiveness with belonging to increase talent and engagement, and implement family-friendly regulations.

In keeping with the message from Professor James Lucey - We are grateful and encouraged by your support.

We look forward to seeing you at our next event!
