As workplaces continue to transform across Ireland in late 2021, we recognise the need to maintain and develop further the strong leadership by our people profession as it’s never been more important.

And with the breadth of change and disruption we all face as the economy re-opens, CIPD Ireland’s activities and resources have been designed to support you with direction and insight to meet the challenges these may present head on.

Programme of Activity

Based on your feedback from the 2020/21 activity programme, including our Annual Conference in May 2021 and the Reimagining Ireland’s Talent seminar in June 2021, this year’s programme combines theory, evidence based and practical solutions and experience led advice and support activity for you to get involved with.

Our programme of virtual learning continues to develop as well and with new engagement forums focussing on key topics such as talent, we believe there is something for everyone.

How will the activity plan be delivered?

Throughout 2020/21 we found our virtual offering proved very attractive resulting in the number of bookings and attendees doubling from the year before.

In response we will continue to offer varied ways to engage with you, retaining the best formats including moving to face to face, in-room events where they would support shared learning best.
