When it comes to ensuring that work is a force for good, our profession has an important role to play as the experts on people, work and change. But doing the ‘right’ thing, isn’t always easy, and it isn’t always obvious, either. That’s why we’re setting out what we stand for as a profession in a new set of principles. Those principles are the fundamental beliefs which will help guide good decisions when there are no obvious solutions, rules or precedents to guide us. They represent who we are, our aims and our identity as a profession.
To get involved in our work on how we implement these principles and develop a new professional framework, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and find out more about our The People Profession: now and for the future work.
